Do I need a prescription to order?
Only for prescription-only medicines. Upload your prescription and a registered pharmacist will verify it before we dispatch your order. Over-the-counter products need no prescription.
How long does prescription approval take?
Usually under two hours during opening times. If a pharmacist needs a clearer photo or has a clinical question, we will contact you rather than guess.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm are delivered the same day in most areas. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves the pharmacy.
Can I speak to a pharmacist?
Yes, and it is free. Use the consultation form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp during opening hours.
